Mrs. Dam Bich Thuy holds degrees from the Hanoi University and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She co-founded Vietnam’s first private foreign investment consultancy firm. Thuy had worked for ANZ Singapore, before leading ANZ’s Vietnam operations, making her the first Vietnamese national to lead an international bank in Vietnam. In FUV, she aims to create an innovative, world-class university to connect Vietnam to the world.

Before serving as deputy prime minister, he was Assistant Principal of Academy of Finance, Chief State Auditor, Minister of Finance and Head of the the Party Central Committee's Economic Commission.

Mr. Cao Quoc Hung was appointed as Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade in 2014. He is responsible for consumer, food and processing indutry as well as scientific researches, local industry and trade and collective economy. He also takes charge of bilateral relations, developing markets, solving issues related to trade disputes, anti-dumping, anti-subsidy for Vietnamese goods in Africa, Western Asia and South Asia.

He had studied Electronics in Germany before working for Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and Ministry of Information and Communications. He has held this position since 2006.

Jack Ma is Alibaba’s lead founder. Since May 2013, he has served as the executive chairman. From founding Alibaba in 1999 until May 2013, Jack served as the chairman and chief executive officer. He is also the founder of the Zhejiang- based Jack Ma Foundation. Jack currently serves on the board of SoftBank Corp., a Japanese corporation listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He is also a member of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum, a member of the board of the Breakthrough Energy Ventures, chairman of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, as well as chairman of the China Entrepreneur Club. In January 2016, he was named a Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) advocate by the United Nations. In September 2016, he was named special adviser of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) for Youth Entrepreneurship and Small Business, which holds the rank of assistant secretary-general of the United Nations. Vietnam E-Payment Forum (VEPF) is an annual reputable forum where participants can discuss and agree on solutions to promote electronic payment/non-cash payment for the whole market. This is also a forum for updating new trends in worldwide electronic payment and making suggestions for Vietnamese market.
The forum was held for the first time on 16 th of December, 2015 in Hanoi by VnExpress and State Bank of Vietnam, in coordination with the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (Napas).
